Pan Roast Pollack with Crab Crushed potatoes, Lemon and Lime Chive Butter sauce.
This will be one of my favourite posts, purely on the grounds that it ticks a lot of my boxes: sustainable British fish that is bang in season, a subtle flavour of crab running through the potatoes and the delicious zing of the butter sauce.
