Well, need a little time to wake up, wake up Well, what’s the story morning glory? Well, need a little time to wake up, wake up.
We have been bad…very bad. For the last week or two, no healthy eating for us, just lots over indulgence and a degree of junk. We are feeling the worse for it and so something colourful and some seafood has become a necessity. Continue reading What’s the Story?→
I must open this post by saying that if ever you are fortunate enough to get the chance to travel to Marrakesh – DO IT!

After I had lightly poached and flaked the salmon, I blanched the cabbage and when the tagliatelle was cooked in lightly salted water and drained , I popped the salmon cabbage and little lemon zest into the pan with plenty of black pepper a little Cornish sea salt and a squeeze of lemon juice . In a separate pan, I warmed through a some Creme Fraiche and ran that through the warm pasta.
I am in the middle of the city on a cool, grey and damp summer’s day…the sounds of sirens, car horns, buses, penetrating my peace. I’m taking myself to the beach…. Continue reading Mind Games→
When I go out, yeah, I know I’m gonna be I’m gonna be the man who goes along with you If I get drunk, well, I know I’m gonna be I’m gonna be the man who gets drunk next to you And if I haver, hey, I know I’m gonna be I’m gonna be the man who’s havering to you
But I would walk five hundred miles And I would walk five hundred more Just to be the man who walked a thousand miles To fall down at your door…
